Product Information
Pack size: 15g
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour and water.
Allergen: Contains wheat (gluten).
Activation: Mix the 15g starter with 30ml lukewarm water and 30g flour. Cover and leave at room temperature for 6–8 hours. Repeat feeding if it has not become bubbly and risen. Before a third consecutive feeding, discard half, then feed the remainder; repeat until active.
Ongoing care: Feed an active starter every 12 hours at room temperature, or weekly when stored in the refrigerator. Follow the supplied instructions for baking and maintenance.
