Your 14-day cancellation right

You can cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives it. For an order delivered in parts, this runs from the last item. A deadline falling on a non-working day extends to the next working day.

Send a clear cancellation statement to admin@ihstore.ie or +353 85 858 1640 or our postal address below before the deadline. Our approval and the optional form below are not required. Return the goods within 14 days after cancelling; keep proof of posting.

Return address and costs

IHS Irish Health Store, 26 Innisfallen, Rookery Road, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 WR2W, Ireland. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns arranged with us; contact us before paying a courier. We operate online only and have no physical shop for browsing or inspecting products.

Exceptions and handling

Change-of-mind cancellation does not cover goods that expire or deteriorate quickly, personalised goods, or goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. We do not automatically exclude all food, supplements, cosmetics or discounted items.

For other eligible goods, reasonable inspection is allowed. We may deduct proven loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original outer packaging is not generally a condition of your statutory right.

Refunds

For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the eligible payment and, when the whole order is cancelled, the cheapest standard outward delivery charge. Delivery upgrades are not refundable.

We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first, unless we offered collection. Refunds use the original payment method without a fee unless you agree otherwise. Bank processing may take additional time.

Our extra 30-day offer

You may request a return within 30 days for eligible unused goods in their original packaging with protective seals intact. Sale items, gift cards, personalised and rapidly perishable goods are excluded from this extra offer only. We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty, unsafe or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly. Your legal remedies still apply to opened products. Where the short-term right applies, you may reject faulty goods within 30 days for a refund; shorter-lived goods can have different limits. Other remedies can continue beyond 30 days. We cover necessary return costs. Do not use a product you believe is unsafe.
