Before you buy
Before ordering food, read the product information in English, including ingredients, highlighted allergens, quantity, relevant storage and use instructions, responsible business details and other applicable particulars. For food supplements, also read the recommended dose and warnings. Do not exceed the stated dose; supplements do not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep them out of young children’s reach.

A safety concern or recall
Stop using any product you believe may be unsafe. Contact us with the product, order number and batch or lot/date code, preferably with a photograph. Do not send unnecessary medical details.
If food may be unsafe, we stop affected sales, trace the goods and notify the competent authority. Where customers are affected, we contact them using available order details and display a prominent recall notice on the website or relevant sales channel.
Follow the recall notice’s return or disposal instructions. We explain the available remedy and preserve your legal rights. Recalled goods are not returned to sale.
