Ireland

An Post Express delivery costs €5.95 for parcels up to 5 kg, with free delivery on orders of €49 or more in Ireland. Available destinations, charges and delivery options are shown before payment.

Typical transit time is 1–2 business days after dispatch, excluding order preparation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We send dispatch and tracking information when your order is on its way.

Other destinations

We also offer international delivery where available at checkout. Rates depend on destination, parcel weight and the products ordered. Some products have destination restrictions. Check the available service, charge and delivery information before paying; contact us if you need an arrival estimate.

Delays or damage

Contact admin@ihstore.ie or +353 85 858 1640 with your order number if a parcel is late, missing or damaged. We remain responsible until you or your nominated recipient receives it, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

We deliver by the agreed date, or within 30 days if none was agreed. If delivery is late, you may set a reasonable further deadline and then cancel; no further deadline is needed where the law allows. We refund a valid non-delivery cancellation within 14 days.
