Ingredients: Water; xylitol; glycerin; niacinamide; calcium D-pantothenate; pyridoxine hydrochloride; potassium sorbate; riboflavin 5-phosphate; thiamine mononitrate; natural peach, plum and raspberry flavourings; folic acid; methylcobalamin; sodium hydroxide; D-biotin.
Per four sprays: B1 0.28mg (25% NRV); B2 0.35mg (25%); B3 8mg (50%); B5 4.5mg (75%); B6 2.8mg (200%); biotin 50µg (100%); folic acid 200µg (100%); B12 100µg (4000%).
Directions: Adults: four sprays daily. Shake before use and prime the pump initially. Spray onto the inner cheek and hold briefly. Follow the pack instructions for children.
