Ingredients: Water; xylitol; acacia gum; sunflower lecithin; medium chain triglycerides; ferric sodium EDTA; ferric ammonium citrate; glycerin; cholecalciferol; potassium sorbate; citric acid; natural pomegranate and raspberry flavourings; xanthan gum; potassium iodide; methylcobalamin.
Active Ingredients: Per 4 sprays: vitamin D3 75µg (3,000IU); B12 6µg; iron 5mg; iodine 150µg.
Directions: Adults: 4 sprays daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Prime pump with 3 presses before first use; shake before each use. Spray onto the inside of the cheek, hold for a few seconds and replace cap.
