Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, organic brown rice flour, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), sage leaf 4:1 extract (2.5% rosmarinic acid), vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid), zinc picolinate, coenzyme Q10, pyridoxine hydrochloride, red clover 10:1 extract (8% isoflavones), phosphatidylcholine (SOYA), ferrous bisglycinate, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), ashwagandha root 10:1 extract, nicotinamide, dong quai 6:1 extract (2% ligustilide), thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, manganese gluconate, vitamin A (retinol), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) (SOYA), chromium picolinate, copper gluconate, calcium L-methylfolate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, D-biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
Allergy advice: Contains soya, as declared in the manufacturer's ingredient panel.
