Ingredients: Vitamin blend (including vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, B vitamins), minerals (including zinc, magnesium, potassium), electrolytes, fructose, citric acid, malic acid, sodium bicarbonate, natural raspberry flavour, tapioca maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, glycine, aspartic acid, quercetin, tartaric acid, cysteine HCl.

Vitamins and minerals: Per sachet: vitamin C 1,000mg; vitamin A 2,500 IU; vitamin E 15 IU; niacin (B3) 5mg; vitamin B6 2mg; folate 40µg; vitamin B12 25µg; pantothenic acid 2.5mg; calcium 50mg; phosphorus 38mg; iodine 150µg; magnesium 60mg; zinc 5mg; manganese 0.5mg; chromium 12µg; potassium 200mg.
Directions: Adults: mix one sachet into 4–6 fl oz of water. Take with food, up to twice daily, following the pack instructions.
Warnings: Take several hours apart from other medicines. Seek professional advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use with gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction.
