Ingredients: Organic dehydrated milk kefir grains.
Allergen: Contains milk.
Activation: Start the grains in 50ml milk for 24 hours at 20–24°C, stirring gently after 12 hours. Strain and repeat with fresh milk until active. Gradually increase to 100ml and then 200ml; the grains are ready when they ferment 200ml within 24 hours.
Preparation: Use activated grains with 600ml milk, ferment for 24 hours at 20–24°C with airflow, then strain and reuse the grains.
Storage: Keep the unopened pack cool and dry; activate immediately after opening and observe the best-before date.
Caution: Fermented foods may contain alcohol and histamine. Seek medical advice before serving to children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
