Product Information
Pack size: 5g
Ingredients: Organic dehydrated water kefir grains.
Activation: Dissolve 30g cane sugar in 300ml non-chlorinated water. Add the 5g grains, cover and leave at 22–25°C for two days. Repeat with fresh sugar water two to five times until bubbles, cloudiness and a tangy aroma show activity.
Preparation: Ferment activated grains with 600ml non-chlorinated water and 30g sugar at 22–25°C for 24–48 hours. Strain, refrigerate the drink and reuse the grains.
Storage: Keep unopened in a cool, dry place. Start activation immediately after opening; observe the best-before date.
Caution: Fermented drinks can contain alcohol and histamine. Obtain medical advice before serving to children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
