Ingredients: De-ionised water, methylsulfonylmethane (Opti-MSM).
Sulfur per 30 drops (2ml): 85mg.
Directions: Adults: shake well, then dilute 30 drops (2ml) in 250ml water or juice daily.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. Do not freeze.
