About this product
A reduced-salt vegetable stock powder in a 2kg catering tub. Use it as a base for soups, stews and casseroles, or add a small amount while cooking to season savoury dishes.
Directions
Dissolve in hot water to make vegetable stock, following the quantities on the tub. Alternatively, sprinkle a small amount into savoury dishes while cooking and adjust to taste.
Ingredients
Starch (potato, corn), hydrolysed vegetable protein (containing SOYA), sea salt, vegetables 15% (parsnip, onion, sweet potato, potato, carrot, leek), vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), CELERY seeds, parsley, turmeric, white pepper, garlic, mace, lovage, nutmeg.
Allergen information
Contains soya and celery. Made in a factory that handles egg, milk, mustard and sulphites.
Storage
