Ingredients: Deep-sea fish oil concentrate (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), fish gelatin, glycerol, tocopherol-rich extract.
Directions: Children aged 6 years and over: 1 twist softgel daily. Adults: 2 daily. Adults may swallow whole with food; alternatively twist off the tail and squeeze liquid into cold food or drinks.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of 25°C, protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
