Nutrition / active information: Per tablet: vitamin A 800µg RE (100% NRV), vitamin D 10µg (200%), vitamin C 200mg (250%), zinc 15mg (150%), copper 1mg (100%), selenium 100µg (182%); garlic powder 200mg; beta-glucans 1,3/1,6 150mg; elderberry (Sambucus nigra) berry extract equivalent to 200mg fresh berries, standardised to provide 860µg anthocyanins. NRV: Nutrient Reference Value; NRVs are not established for garlic, beta-glucans or elderberry.
How to use: Take 1 tablet daily with a cold drink, before food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Allergy advice: Contains SOYA. Label states no lactose or gluten, and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Contains corn-derived ingredients.
