Natures Aid Evening Primrose Oil 500mg is a cold-pressed oil supplement supplied as 120 softgels, including 30 extra softgels in the 33% extra-free pack. Each softgel provides 500mg of evening primrose oil, including 40mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), plus 2mg of natural-source vitamin E.
The pack directs one to two softgels per day with food, or as required up to a maximum of 12. Do not exceed the recommended intake. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or living with a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Store in a dry place below 25°C, out of reach of young children. Do not use if the seal is broken. Contains bovine gelatin and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
