About this product
A vegan tablet formula combining all eight B vitamins with brewer’s yeast, choline and inositol. This is the everyday B-complex formula in a 90-tablet bottle, distinct from the higher-potency B Complex 50 + C.
Directions
Take one to two tablets daily with food.

Brewer’s yeast (WHEAT, BARLEY and SULPHITES), microcrystalline cellulose, choline bitartrate, niacin (nicotinamide), inositol, thiamin hydrochloride, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), riboflavin, anti-caking agents (vegetable-source magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), vitamin B12 preparation (calcium phosphate, cyanocobalamin), folic acid, D-biotin.
