Ingredients

Passion flower herb (22%), valerian root (20%), lemon balm leaves (15%), peppermint leaves (10%), fennel (7%), aniseed (7%), caraway (7%), rose hip peels (7%), rosemary leaves (4%), marigold blossom (1%).

Directions

Use one teaspoon (3g) in a tea infuser or teapot. Add freshly boiled water (100°C) and infuse for five minutes, then strain.
