Nutrition per 100g: Energy 2806kJ / 684kcal; Fat 70g, saturates 70g; Carbohydrate 0g, sugars 0g; Fibre 24.9g; Protein 0.3g; Salt 0.3g.
Directions: Mix two teaspoons (8g) with 250ml water daily, or add to drinks or yoghurt.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Reseal after use and consume within two months of opening.
Allergens: Made in a factory handling dairy; cross-contamination cannot be excluded.
