About this product

Ingredients
Ginger (25%), Peppermint (20%), Oat Straw (15%), Chamomile (10%), Shatavari Root, Nettle, Cranberry, Rooibos.
Directions
Place one tea bag in a cup and add 200ml of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 4–5 minutes, then carefully squeeze and remove the bag. Follow the intake guidance on the current packaging; the manufacturer recommends no more than three cups daily.
