Per capsule: 4.5 billion live cultures, guaranteed until expiry.
Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with food, preferably breakfast, throughout the antibiotic course and for a few days afterwards or until the pack is finished. Capsule contents may be mixed with cool food or drink.
