About this product
A live-culture supplement formulated for pregnancy, post-birth and breastfeeding. Each capsule supplies 12 billion live cultures across three named strains, with 30mg fructooligosaccharides (FOS). The 30-capsule bottle provides one month at the recommended daily intake and does not require refrigeration when stored below 25°C.
Directions
Take one capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If needed, open the capsule and mix the contents with cool food or a cool drink. Do not add to hot food or drinks.

Live cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019; corn starch; capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); fructooligosaccharides (FOS 30mg); anti-caking agent (vegetable-source magnesium stearate).
