Live cultures per capsule: 5 billion across 6 strains.
Directions: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Contents may be mixed into cool food or drink if unable to swallow capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Leave the desiccant sachet in the jar.
