Nutrients per 10ml: Calcium 120mg; vitamin A 200µg RE; B1 0.6mg; B2 0.7mg; niacin 8mg NE; B6 0.7mg; B12 1.3µg; C 20mg; D 5µg; E 6mg α-TE. RE: retinol equivalents; NE: niacin equivalents; α-TE: alpha-tocopherol equivalents.
Directions: Ages 3–6: 10ml once daily. Ages 7+ and adults: 10ml twice daily. Preferably take before meals.
