Ingredients: Aqueous herbal extract (45%) from: Yarrow Herb, Watercress Herb, Spinach Leaf, Olive Leaf, Galangal Rhizome, Ginger Rhizome, Rosehip Peel. Mixture of Fruit juice Concentrates and Fruit Puree (38%) of: Pear, Apricot, Orange, Passion Fruit, Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavours, Apple Extract. Water, Thickener: Locust Bean Gum; Nicotinamide (niacin), Riboflavin 5′ -Phosphate, Sodium (Vitamin B2), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Biotin, Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Nutrients per 20ml: Vitamin B1 1.1mg, B2 1.4mg, niacin 16mg NE, B6 1.4mg, biotin 50µg and B12 2.5µg (each 100% NRV). NRV means Nutrient Reference Value; NE means niacin equivalents.
Directions: Shake well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle; use the measuring cap provided. Adults and children from 12 years: 20ml once daily. Children 7–11 years: 10ml once daily. Children 3–6 years: 5ml once daily.
Storage: Store unopened in a cool, dry place at 5–25°C. After opening, close the bottle after every use, refrigerate upright and consume within four weeks.
