Ingredients: Aqueous Herbal Extract (34%) from: Camomile Flower, Fennel Fruit, Bitter Orange Peel, Carrot Root, Spinach Leaf. Mixture of Fruit juice Concentrates and Fruit Puree Concentrates (28%): Pineapple, Pear, Mango, Apricot, Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavours, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Apple Extract. Magnesium Gluconate (Magnesium), Honey, Water, Magnesium Salts of Citric Acid (Magnesium), Natural Flavour.
Magnesium per 20ml: 250mg (67% NRV). NRV means Nutrient Reference Value.
Directions: Once daily, preferably before a meal: adults and ages 12+ take 20ml; ages 6–11 take 10ml; ages 3–5 take 5ml.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening and follow the pack's use-by instructions.
