Ingredients: Rosemary leaf, organic holy basil leaf, lemon balm leaf, organic Lion's Mane biomass, organic Lion's Mane dual extract, Rhodiola root, Gotu Kola extract, organic Seagreens (Ascophyllum nodosum), vegetable cellulose capsule.
Per 2 capsules: Rosemary 206mg; holy basil, lemon balm, Lion's Mane biomass, Lion's Mane dual extract and Rhodiola 103mg each; Gotu Kola extract 52mg; iodine 22.5µg (15% NRV).
Directions: Start with 2 capsules in the morning. Manufacturer permits adjustment between 1 and 4 capsules daily; an additional 2 may be taken in the afternoon. Avoid late-day use as sleep may be affected.
Warnings: Do not exceed four capsules per day. Consult a herbalist or medical practitioner before use if taking prescribed medication.
