Per 2 capsules: Vitamin C 12mg (15% NRV); stinging nettle seed 365mg; Reishi 146mg; Rhodiola 146mg; liquorice 73mg.
Directions: Start with 2 capsules daily with breakfast. Manufacturer suggests starting with 1 if needed or another 2 with lunch.
