Active Ingredients: Per 2 capsules: each of Chaga, Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Reishi and Shiitake provides 100mg dual extract plus 60mg full-spectrum extract. Chaga, Lion’s Mane and Reishi dual extracts: 20:1; Maitake and Shiitake: 15:1.
Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules daily, with or without food; take with food if stomach discomfort occurs.
