Product Information
Ingredients: Lithothamnium Calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Fenugreek powder, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Iron), Lactobacillus bulgaricus (providing Zinc), Stinging Nettle leaf, Marigold extract (providing Lutein), Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Selenium and Vitamin B12). May contain heat-treated Brown Rice powder.
Nutrients per 3 capsules: Vitamin B12 1µg; calcium 200mg; iron 10mg; zinc 10mg; selenium 30µg; stinging nettle leaf 100mg; lutein 10mg; fenugreek powder 500mg.
Directions: Take 3 capsules together, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.
Important: Not for use during pregnancy. Contains iron, which can be harmful to very young children if taken in excess.
