May contain heat-treated brown rice powder.
Per 2 capsules: Vitamin D3 2.5mcg; E 5mg α-TE; K 15mcg; C 30mg; B1 1mg; B2 2mg; niacin 5mg NE; B6 5mg; folic acid 100mcg; B12 1.5mcg; biotin 25mcg; pantothenic acid 5mg; calcium 100mg; magnesium 30mg; iron 2mg; zinc 7mg; copper 0.26mg; manganese 1mg; selenium 60mcg; chromium 60mcg; molybdenum 5mcg; iodine 20mcg; beta-carotene 2.5mg; bioflavonoids 3mg; choline 2.5mg; inositol 5mg; reishi 100mg; artichoke 50mg.
Directions: Two capsules daily, with or without food. Do not exceed recommended intake.
